Referee Pursuit: US Soccer Women's Referee Initiative
	NEW US Soccer Women's Referee Initiative Hello Ladies of greater Seattle area! I want to take a minute and make sure you heard about a new initiative from US Soccer. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from other women who want to share their experiences and invest in our growth and success. Nami has been an incredibly supportive and knowledgeable resource and I'm excited to see her passion for this program take shape. In whatever capacity you are able to participate I would highly encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity! I've provided the registration and info link below. All the best to you during this winter/spring season - if you have questions about this program let me know adorae@seattlerefs.org -- Adorae Monroy NEW US Soccer Women's Referee Initiative US Soccer has launched a Women's Initiative program to provide continuing education to women referees. The program's goal is to provide opportunities to all women that wish to improve their skills. To start there will be monthly webinars with guest speakers. We are working with membership to find opportunities to attend events so we can send referees to competitions. This program will be led by Nami Imaizumi, National Referee Coach and retired FIFA Referee. Nami was instrumental in starting a yearly symposium for women referees in Florida.
